At KnitWell Group, I serve as VP of E-commerce & Omnichannel — overseeing the end-to-end consumer technology ecosystem for 8 brands, 20M customers, and $6B in annual revenue. My focus is on building AI-first organizations, modernizing legacy platforms, and creating unified omnichannel experiences that drive margin expansion and operational excellence.

I've led some of the most complex replatform programs in specialty retail — 2 Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, 2 Manhattan Active Omni deployments, and 4 fraud platform rollouts — while simultaneously transforming how engineering teams work through AI-driven SDLC practices.
