As VP of E-commerce & Omnichannel, I provide the strategic and tactical vision for a unified consumer technology platform spanning web, mobile, POS, contact center, fraud, and payments — supporting 8 distinct brands across 3,000 stores and 20M customers. My tenure has been defined by large-scale platform modernization and AI-first transformation. I've led 2 Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations, 2 Manhattan Active Omni deployments, and 4 fraud platform rollouts — while revitalizing the engineering SDLC through AI-driven workflows that have meaningfully scaled team capacity and velocity. I also deployed Contact Center AI solutions that directly reduced Average Handle Time and unit costs, contributing to measurable EBITDA improvement. Today I deliver significant capital value while optimizing a large operating budget, as a member of the KnitWell Senior Leadership Team and Head of IT for ANN/LOFT.

As Director of E-commerce Operations, I led the day-to-day site experience for Abercrombie, Abercrombie Kids, and Hollister — partnering across product, design, marketing, and IT to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for two iconic global brands. This role was the culmination of a rapid ascent through the organization, beginning with modernizing IT Operations — Data Center, NOC, ITSM, and data protection — before being promoted to lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, engineering enterprise-wide incident response and automated performance management.

Began as Program Manager in Distributed Computing, overseeing the company-wide Storage Resource Management system. Promoted to Global Data Backup Operations Manager — accountable for JPMC's worldwide data protection footprint. Delivered the firm's first tapeless data protection solution, redefining global service and support at scale.

Led end-to-end delivery of a state-of-the-art POS and credit processing system across 1,500 corporate locations — fundamentally increasing drive-thru speed and transaction throughput. Built the company's first comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategy, establishing the organization's first-ever RTO/RPO metrics.
